Leafly’s revenue is driven largely by B2B partnerships but with so many tools and features available, many partners felt overwhelmed and under-informed. I partnered with a B2B team lead to develop content strategy for SMART, a communications system designed to surface the five most effective ways partners could drive both in-store and online traffic.
My role included voice-aligned messaging and content structure across digital and sales materials. I worked closely with product, research, and sales teams to ensure that SMART was a value-forward tool kit and as intuitive as it was actionable.
